Personal Financial Administrators was started to provide peace of mind for clients by making sure their financial affairs are in order. PFA will provide a wide range of services for our customers including:
- Paying monthly bills by preparing checks for client signature or through
online bill pay
- Preparing and delivering bank deposits
- Balancing the checkbook
- Developing a long range expense report for budgeting purposes
- Gathering, organizing, and filing important financial and legal documents (wills, trusts, insurance policies, tax returns, bank and brokerage statements, etc.)
- Communication with brokers, bankers, CPAs, attorneys, and insurance agents
- Make introductions, if necessary, from a stable of trustworthy advisors and
industry contacts
- Negotiate on behalf of client with service providers (insurance, healthcare,
phone, mortgage, etc.)
- Watch for and intercept unwanted solicitations and scams to the best of
our ability
- Assist in handling unfinished family business that may be uncomfortable for
clients to do themselves by serving as a disinterested third party
